Continuous, compassionate, non-judgmental support for pregnancy, birth, and the tender early weeks of parenthood — so you can meet your baby feeling calm, confident, and cared for.
7 Moons Doula was born from a simple belief: no one should walk the path into parenthood alone. Like the moon moving through her phases, your journey has its own rhythm — and our work is to move with it, not against it.
We offer steady, evidence-informed, heart-led support. We don't make decisions for you; we make sure you have the information, comfort, and confidence to make your own. Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, your story deserves reverence.
Every family, every birth plan, every journey — honored exactly as it is.
From the first prenatal visit to the quiet weeks at home with your newborn — choose the support that fits your journey.
A dedicated companion for your labor and birth. We prepare together, we labor together, and we debrief together — so you walk in feeling ready and walk out feeling proud.
The fourth trimester deserves tending too. Daytime or overnight in-home support so you can rest, recover, and bond — while the practical stuff is handled.
Our most complete offering: the full Birth Doula Package woven together with dedicated postpartum hours, so the same trusted face walks with you from pregnancy through the newborn weeks.
Distance is no barrier to support. Live video and phone guidance before and during labor, wherever you are — perfect for rural families or anyone who wants expert backup in their pocket.
A doula is a trained, non-medical professional who provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We don't deliver babies or give medical advice — we hold space, offer comfort measures, share evidence-based information, and help you advocate for the birth experience you want.
As early as you like — many families book in the first or second trimester so there's plenty of time to build trust and prepare. That said, it's rarely too late: if you're further along, reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Never. Your partner remains your primary support person — we coach and encourage them so they can show up confidently. And we work alongside your midwife or OB, not instead of them; doulas provide non-clinical support while your medical team handles clinical care.
Both — and birth centers too. Wherever you feel safest giving birth is where we want to be. Our role adapts to your setting: comfort measures and advocacy look a little different in each, and we're experienced in all of them.
Yes — payment plans are available on every package; we'll work out a schedule that fits your family during your free consultation. Some clients successfully use HSA/FSA funds for doula care, and a growing number of insurance plans offer partial reimbursement. We provide detailed receipts to support any claim.
In-person birth and postpartum support is available throughout our local service area — share your location in the contact form and we'll confirm availability. Our Virtual Doula package is available anywhere, so distance is never a barrier to support.
Every journey starts with a conversation. Tell us a little about yourself and your due date, and we'll reach out within one business day to schedule your complimentary consultation — no pressure, no obligation.
